Bruce Bernstein, Vice President of Strategic Markets, has been a dental plan industry leader for more than 15 years. He began his career in provider network management learning each aspect of building and maintaining industry-leading, proprietary dental networks. Bruce then spent time in the Marketing Department before moving into his current global sales role.
Nearly seven years ago, he began working with corporate dental groups to build fully customized, private-labeled discount plans that increase patient loyalty and treatment acceptance. In addition to building programs from the ground up, Bruce has also helped several clients develop strategies to enhance and revamp their existing programs. Bruce plays an integral role in the ongoing development of the Launch Loyalty platform.
Lauren Kelly, Director of Strategic Markets, received her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of North Texas and has been in the dental plan industry for more than eight years. She began her career at Careington International Corporation in account management where she helped clients develop strategies to grow their business and served as their primary contact for their day-to-day needs.
In 2015, Lauren transitioned into a sales and management role and currently oversees the Launch Loyalty sales and support teams. Lauren specializes in helping dental groups develop custom in-house discount plans for their offices. She has been integral in the development and strategy of the Launch Loyalty platform and has extensive experience in helping dental groups develop and refresh their in-house discount plans.
Leesa Olson, Assistant Director of Loyalty Markets, started her career with Careington more than 16 years ago in the Network Development Department. She worked directly with solo dental practices and corporate dental groups to increase their patient base through network participation in Careington's discount plans and PPO networks. Additionally, she served in leadership roles within the Network Development Department where she strategically expanded network growth for all of Careington's proprietary networks. She also cultivated relationships with our participating corporate dental groups at a high level to ensure plan success in their dental practices.
Today in Launch Loyalty, she uses her dental industry experience to advise and collaborate with corporate dental groups to either create and manage a custom, turnkey solution for their in-house discount plan, or enhance the plan they may already have in their practices.
Kris DeArmon, Strategic Markets Program Manager, has worked in the dental plan industry for more than 10 years. Kris holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from Southwest Texas State University with a minor in Business Administration. Kris is a certified Project Management Professional and most of her career at Careington has been dedicated to implementing discount plans for various clients and DSOs. She recently transitioned to her current role as Strategic Markets Program Manager in 2019, with a focus on managing new and ongoing projects for the department and clients. Kris works with key internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain processes to improve project performance and timelines.
Natalie Cantu, Strategic Account Specialist, plays an integral role on the Launch Loyalty team. Her strong interpersonal skills, work ethic and intricate attention to detail allow her to build strong relationships with our partners and provide continuous support and training for our clients. Prior to joining Launch Loyalty, Natalie was responsible for training Careington's call center agents. In this role, she trained more than 200 agents and provided them with the knowledge and skills they needed to be successful. Natalie is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Texas Tech University.
Sarah Key, Loyalty Market Sales Leader, has worked in the discount dental industry for more than 15 years and plays an integral role on the team. She is dedicated to helping dental offices create and launch successful in-house discount plans. Sarah enjoys helping dental offices find and sustain their full potential. Over her long tenure, Sarah has helped countless dental practices launch in-house discount plans. Her goal is to ensure each new plan that we create perfectly fits each of her client's needs and provides profitability for their practice.
Brianna Warren, Loyalty Markets Sales Specialist, has been in the dental industry for more than six years. She began her career in a dental office as a registered Dental Assistant and Office Manager, where she provided for patients first hand. With her cross-trained experience in dental insurance, claims, credentialing and discount plans, Brianna is able to utilize her expertise and provide insights on the advantages of offering an exclusive, in-house discount plan.
Grant Thorburn, Loyalty Markets Sales Specialist, recently earned his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Arkansas and began working in the dental industry shortly thereafter. Eager to learn, he is constantly networking to enhance his understanding of the market and what he can offer others. Grant forges great relationships with providers in order to fully comprehend their needs. He guides each office toward success with an in-house plan that captivates patients and amplifies business.
Ted Martinez, Loyalty Markets Sales Specialist, possesses more than 20 years of experience in partnering with multi-million-dollar companies to help elevate their value in a highly competitive market. The dental industry and specifically in-house discount plans are a lucrative medium for Ted to channel his talent for expanding businesses.
