Bruce Bernstein, Vice President of Strategic Markets, has been a dental plan industry leader for more than 15 years. He began his career in provider network management learning each aspect of building and maintaining industry-leading, proprietary dental networks. Bruce then spent time in the Marketing Department before moving into his current global sales role.
Nearly seven years ago, he began working with corporate dental groups to build fully customized, private-labeled discount plans that increase patient loyalty and treatment acceptance. In addition to building programs from the ground up, Bruce has also helped several clients develop strategies to enhance and revamp their existing programs. Bruce plays an integral role in the ongoing development of the Launch Loyalty platform.
Leesa Olson, Assistant Director of Loyalty Markets, has been serving in the dental industry for more than 18 years with an emphasis on recruitment, mid-to-large DSO relationship growth, membership plan enhancement and creation, and leading sales and operational teams to success. Her vast recruitment experience played a key role in the build-out of dental and medical networks through our affiliate companies, Munroe Sutton and DialCare.
Leesa is a member of The National Association of Dental Plans (NADP), where she stays current on laws that impact the discount dental industry. She works with corporate dental groups of all sizes to advise and collaborate on creating custom turnkey solutions for existing or new in-house membership plans.
Kris DeArmon, Manager of Strategic Markets, has an extensive background in customer service, compliance and project management. She has worked in the dental plan industry for more than 10 years. Kris is a certified Project Management Professional and most of her career at Careington has been dedicated to implementing custom discount plans for various clients and DSOs. She transitioned her expertise to the Launch Loyalty team to manage internal campaigns, oversee client support processes and manage operational projects for the department. Kris works with key internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain processes that improve project performance and timelines.
Brianna Warren, Loyalty Markets Client Specialist, has been in the dental industry for more than six years. She began her career in a dental office as a registered Dental Assistant and later as an Office Manager, where she worked with patients firsthand. Brianna has cross-trained experience in dental insurance, claims, credentialing and discount plans. Her expertise and insight are instrumental in providing new client training, performing ongoing client support and ensuring in-house membership plans are profitable and successful.
Sarah Key, Loyalty Market Sales Leader, has worked in the discount dental industry for more than 15 years and plays an integral role on the team. She is dedicated to helping dental offices create and launch successful in-house discount plans. Sarah enjoys helping dental offices find and sustain their full potential. Over her long tenure, Sarah has helped countless dental practices launch in-house discount plans. Her goal is to ensure each new plan that we create perfectly fits each of her client's needs and provides profitability for their practice.
Grant Thorburn, Loyalty Markets Sales Specialist, recently earned his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Arkansas and began working in the dental industry shortly thereafter. Eager to learn, he is constantly networking to enhance his understanding of the market and what he can offer others. Grant forges great relationships with providers in order to fully comprehend their needs. He guides each office toward success with an in-house plan that captivates patients and amplifies business.
Taylor Strickland, Loyalty Markets Sales Specialist, graduated from The University of North Texas and is a licensed insurance agent. Taylor has over eight years of experience in marketing and business-to-business account management. His depth of knowledge and his expertise from the insurance industry have propelled his drive for helping dentists develop affordable oral care options, so their patients stay healthy.
